Who we are

Shalom House plans to provide community for committed peacemakers to spend two years deepening and applying their calling in the city of Philadelphia and learning about and connecting to God s worldwide community of peacebuilders.

The house will live in peace, work daily for peace in the community, create a network of peacemakers and include Circle of Hope in this effort.

What we hope to do

• Create an intentional community dedicated to peace with God, peace with self, peace in the community and peace in the world
• Encourage spiritual and psychological development
• Provide training in proactive peacemaking
• Match community members with related agencies in Philadelphia
• Secure a place for Circle of Hope in God s worldwide peace movement

How you can help

• Join our team as we finalize details for the house.
• Pray that we become a reality in 2003.
